About Our SMS Program
SignFlow sends transactional text messages to customers about their sign manufacturing projects. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver project-related notifications you request.
What You'll Receive
- Quote follow-up reminders and status updates
- Order status, production, and installation scheduling notifications
- Invoice and payment reminders
- Appointment and deadline reminders
Message frequency: 1–5 messages per week during an active project, fewer when no project is active.

Two Ways to Opt In
Text OPT IN
Text the word OPT IN to 1-706-514-4396. You'll receive a confirmation reply. (You can also reply START or YES.)
Online Opt-In Form
Visit signflowsms.com/optin and enter your mobile number, then tap "Yes, opt me in to SMS" to consent. Your sign shop can also send you a personalized link via text message — open it and tap the button to consent with one click.

How to Opt Out

Visit our opt-out page and tap "Opt me out" (use a personalized link from your shop, or text OPT OUT)
Reply STOP to any message you receive from us
Opting out does not affect the validity of any order or contract — we will simply continue to communicate with you through other channels (email, phone, or in person).
Your Data Is Never Shared
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, opt-in data, or messaging consent to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes — internally or externally. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS notifications you requested.
